This will give us a chance to schedule a check in, retest and get the instrument ready for the next rental client. What other services do you offer?Please refer to our consulting page and our product-testing page. We will investigate the possibility of adding your suggestions to our rental inventory. I am having problems with the test instrument, how do I get technical support?Give us a call, we will be happy to discuss the problem and help you through your test issues. Tech support is also available from Audio Precision and Rohde & Schwarz. I need to keep the instrument longer than my rental contract term, how do I extend it?Just call our office and request a rental extension. The rate will stay the same. We will change our records to reflect your request to keep the instrument for a longer term. I need to relocate the instrument from the original ship to location. How do I arrange it?If you have another location that requires the use of the instrument you will still be liable for the rental term and any damages to the instrument. You must notify us immediately if you change locations from the original rental contract address. Your records will be updated to reflect the new usage address.
